John Gardner

John spent over 34 years of his professional life working with small businesses across North Wales to help them grow.

He attended agricultural college and gained an HND, and then went on to achieve a Diploma In Management Studies. John, did however decide to change direction and went to the City of London and applied for articles with a firm of Chartered Accountants specialising in large agricultural estates.

John then went on to buy a small Chartered Accountancy practice in Holywell, staying for 31 years during which time he grew the business to one of the largest practices in North Wales. Since then he has continued to provide tax and business development consultancy services to a limited number of clients.

John has 5 young grandchildren, as of now his favourite pastime is to sit and watch Bluey on TV with them. Along with his wife, they both share a passion for gardening, walking and skiing. If John can advise and support the DVSC to help focus on this vital group and support their needs – he would be really delighted.
