The 2025-2026 Key Fund programme has the aim of supporting the resilience of Denbighshire Third Sector organisations, enabling them to deliver sustainable services to people in need, whilst operating in a challenging environment. With a grant of £1,110,020.00 from Denbighshire County Council under the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF). DVSC will deliver the following activities:
· Provided a significant, targeted capital and revenue grant programme aimed at ensuring the resilience of Third Sector organisations and the creation of sustainable funding strategies. This will involve investing in core costs related to human skills and capacity, as well as technical and physical assets. Click here for funded awarded.

· A focused training programme focusing on essential development areas relating to management, leadership and resilience/ sustainability
· A Business Mentoring programme bringing private sector leaders to support Third Sector leaders.
· A Board development programme to promote diversity, culture and succession planning. This programme will support organisations to recruit and retain diverse, engaged and competent boards, building the impact, sustainability and resilience of their organisations.
