Fforwm Anableddau Dysgu Sir Ddinbych

Mae'r trefniant cyllid grant rhwng Gwasanaethau Cymorth Cymunedol Sir Ddinbych a Chyngor Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Ddinb, ych (ar gyfer y Fforwm Anableddau Dysgu (AD)) yn dod i ben ar 31 Mawrth 2019.

Ers nifer o flynyddoedd bu’r Fforwm AD yn lais i rieni a theuluoedd oedolion ag anableddau dysgu. Mae wedi helpu i ddylanwadu ar newid. Mae hefyd wedi bod yn ffynhonnell o wybodaeth leol ynghylch gwasanaethau ar gyfer unigolion ag anableddau dysgu a’u teuluoedd.

Er na fydd Cyngor Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Ddinbych bellach yn cydlynu’r Fforwm AD, bydd y cyllid grant yn parhau i fod ar gael. Os hoffech chi fod yn rhan o edrych ar sut y gellid defnyddio’r cyllid hwn ac o'r gwaith o ddylunio rhywbeth newydd, mae rhai ffyrdd y gallwch wneud hyn ...

Dewch draw i gyfarfod ar 22 Mawrth am 12:30pm yng Nghaledfryn (Swyddfeydd y Cyngor), Dinbych. Bydd y cyfarfod yn gyfle i bobl edrych ar yr hyn sy’n bwysig ac i gydweithio ar ddylunio rhywbeth newydd i gymryd lle’r Fforwm AD. Os ydych yn bwriadu mynychu’r cyfarfod, rhowch wybod i Jeni Andrews ymlaen llaw er mwyn gallu cadarnhau niferoedd – gweler y manylion cyswllt isod.

Os nad oes modd i chi fynychu’r cyfarfod, gallwch roi gwybod i ni am eich syniadau a’ch awgrymiadau mewn ffyrdd eraill. Er enghraifft, fe allwch ...

Denbighshire Learning Disability Forum

The grant funding arrangement between Denbighshire Community Support Services and DVSC (for the Learning Disability (LD) Forum) is ending on 31st March 2019.

For many years the LD Forum has been a voice for parents and families of adults with learning disabilities. It has helped to influence change. It has also been a source of local information about services for people with learning disabilities and their families.

Although DVSC will no longer be coordinating the LD Forum, the grant funding will still be available. If you would like to be involved in looking at how this funding could be used and in designing something new there are a few ways you can do this…

Come along to a meeting on 22nd March at 12.30pm in Caledfryn (Council Offices), Denbigh. The meeting will be a chance for people to look at what is important and to work together on designing something new to replace the LD forum. If you are coming to the meeting, please let Jeni Andrews know beforehand so that numbers can be confirmed. See contact details below.

If you can’t come to the meeting, you can communicate your thoughts and suggestions for the LD Forum in another way. For example, you can….
