Cookies (external website) are simple alphanumeric strings stored on your computer. We don’t use cookies to collect personally identifiable information about you, other than the basic information you give if you create an account on our website.

Web Activity Reporting

We use ‘Google Analytics’ to monitor website usage. This records your IP addresss, and browser type, date and time of activity. None of this information is tied to a personally identifiable piece of data (like e-mail address). Denbighshire Voluntary Services Council (DVSC) will use this information to analyse general page view and referrer activity to get a sense of traffic patterns and placement effectiveness. This information helps us to constantly improve the website for you the user.

We are always glad to hear from you. If you contact us asking for information, we may need to contact other third parties to find that information.

We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your message for audit purposes.



You do not have to register to use the Denbighshire Voluntary Services Council (DVSC) website, but you do need to register to add comments to articles and workshops, and if you want to receive e-mail updates or our e-newsletter.

You can change your registration preferences, e-mail address and login details through the website at any time. If you wish to amend your personal profile, please click on the ‘Log in’ link at the top of the page, log in to your account, and check/uncheck the options available in ‘Edit my profile’.



We will not send you email newsletters at any time unless you have expressly opted in to receive them.
