We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the project to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes, including related projects and terms for example Enterprising Communities, Candidates should be able to demonstrate signiificant project managemen capability including managing multiple projects, ability to manage remotely and a track record in delivering similar projects to time, budget and quality including the successful achievements of stretching targets.

North East Wales Carers Information Service (NEWCIS)
Opening Doors for Carers Project
NEWCIS has been successful in securing a grant from the Big Lottery Fund People and Places Programme to fund a three year Opening Doors for Carers project in Flintshire. The purpose of the project is to support carers who care for a person with a long term condition and to support the development of new carer services, which will include working with volunteers. This is an open process and all post holders will be subjected to the grant holders terms and conditions. Use of a car is essential.
NEWCIS is looking to recruit the following positions, based at Mold, which are currently subject to job evaluation. All the posts are funded to 31 March 2015
NEWCIS Senior Development Officer Full Time - 37 hours per week
Salary scp 28 - £23,708 plus 6% pension (Subject to Job Evaluation)
NEWCIS are looking for a Senior Development Officer to manage the day to day running of the project and be the lead Development officer who will work with Senior Managers in NEWCIS, FMHAS , Flintshire County Council, and key partner agencies to develop the new services and monitor the progress of the project.
Success in the post requires a commitment to supporting carers and to working in partnership, to plan and develop new services. Commitment to the full involvement of Carers in this process and to contribute to the outcomes for the Opening Doors for Carers project as agreed with the Big Lottery.

NEWCIS Development Officer

Salary scp 24 - £20,858 plus 6% pension (subject to Job Evaluation)
NEWCIS are looking to employ a Development Officer to establish a specialised carer service for carers, caring for a person with a long term condition and to assist with development of new carer services.
Success in the post requires a commitment to supporting carers and to working in partnership, to plan and develop new services. Commitment to the full involvement of Carers in this process and to contribute to the outcomes for the Opening Doors for Carers project as agreed with the Big Lottery.

NEWCIS Administration/Finance Officer
Full Time - 37 hours per week
- £17,802
Salary scp 19 - £17,802 plus 6% pension (subject to Job Evaluation)
NEWCS are looking for a Administration/Finance Officer to provide a high quality finance and administration support service to NEWCIS Flintshire.
They will work with the NEWCIS Senior Development Officer and DVSC’s Finance Manager to develop and maintain robust financial monitoring systems within the NEWCIS service in Flintshire for the Opening Doors for Carers project.
