Denbighshire Voluntary Services (DVSC) is an independent voluntary organisation set up and owned by local groups to support and develop local voluntary and community action.
In 2006 we helped groups in Denbighshire access funds of over £1 million ranging from small sums of £250 to large grants of over £200,000
DVSC supports the voluntary sector in Denbighshire by providing a range of services and, through arranging networking opportunities, acting as a voice for the concerns and views of voluntary and community groups.
DVSC has a membership of over 350 organisations and has a newsletter circulation of over 1,200 including libraries, doctor's surgeries, health and local authority personnel as well as local and national voluntary/community groups. Membership of DVSC is open to your voluntary group if it operates within Denbighshire. For most organisations there is no membership fee. The annual fee for larger organisations/individuals and statutory agencies is only £10.00 per annum.
