Under 11s Sustainability Grant 2011 - 2012 - CLOSED UNTIL 2012 - 2013
Denbighshire Voluntary Services Council [DVSC] is once again handling this year’s applications for Under 11s Small Grants on behalf of the Denbighshire Children and Young People’s Partnership.
Please Note: Unlike previous years, when the funding was targeted at the most deprived areas of the County, this year’s grant is available for all childcare providers regardless of geographical location.
Application form is available to down load below. Please e-mail the form back to me at emyr@dvsc.co.uk prior to the closing date. You must also send a signed copy through the post.
The maximum grant available is £600. This grant scheme is usually oversubscribed and as a result there is no guarantee that you will be awarded a grant. Loan re-payments are not eligible for a grant.
Closing date for receipt of applications is Friday, 30th September 2011
Please provide all the necessary information/evidence requested with the application form ie a constitution or set of rules for the Group/Organisation submitting the application (it must be dated and signed as being adopted) as well as a copy of your most recent Annual Statement of Account. Failure to do so will invalidate your application. If you would like to submit additional information with your application please feel free to include a covering letter.
If you were awarded a grant in 2010 and have not provided receipts of expenditure you will be ineligible for a grant in 2011.
Denbighshire Capital Small Grants Scheme 2011 - 2012
POT NOW CLOSED
DVSC has been successful in securing additional funding from the Welsh Assembly Government’s Communities Facilities and Activities Programme [CFAP] to continue to run its small capital grants scheme. Grants of up to £3,000 are available for groups/organisations for capital expenditure to facilitate activities that promote the regeneration of communities.

POT NOW CLOSED
The Welsh Church Act Trust was established in 1914 following the dissolution of the Church in Wales from the Church in England. The proceeds and assets, were distributed evenly amongst the former County Councils in Wales and further divided between the Unitary Authorities with their establishment in 1996.
The Fund generates approximately £5,100 per annum for distribution and, therefore, it is not possible to make substantial payments. Grants normally average £300 and are available for purchase of capital items and running costs.
Applications for financial assistance from the Fund are invited from groups and organisations operating within the County of Denbighshire. The Grant Committee will meet at least four times a year, thus ensuring that groups/organisations do not have to wait too long to hear whether or not their application has been successful.
